• Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers to implement educational programs and community activities. • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the NGO leadership and volunteers to ensure smooth operations. • Event Planning & Execution: Organize and oversee educational events, workshops, and community outreach programs. • Fundraising & Partnerships: Lead fundraising initiatives, build relationships with donors, and explore collaboration opportunities. • Administrative Support: Maintain records, monitor project progress, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Social Work, or a related field. • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an NGO or a leadership role in a similar organization. • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently. • Passion for social impact and commitment to working for a good cause.
