📋 Description
• Audit the current processes used by each of the Asset teams, and provide documentation of recommendations • Connect with creative leadership to understand scope of work and desired results • Develop asset strategies with a focus on production efficiency • Establish processes to streamline asset complexity for downstream departments • Ensure adherence to correct USD practices • Create examples of efficient asset structures that staff can replicate • Educate staff on best practices and new workflows that USD offers
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5 years minimum of USD experience in the context of an animation pipeline • Experience in both Feature and Episodic content creation • High level knowledge of Houdini/Solaris • Excellent interpersonal skills when interfacing with various departments • Communicating effectively with back end departments (FX/Finaling/Lighting) • Experience working as an Asset or Surfacing supervisor is an advantage
