• Conduct outbound calls based on predefined sales scripts to initiate first contact with potential customers (cold calls). • Reach out to participants of our webinars and handle simple follow-up inquiries. • Maintain and update our CRM system, including entering and qualifying new leads. • Forward relevant information to the responsible Service Owners as soon as a prospect shows increased interest in our services and requires more in-depth follow-up. • Support standardized internal workflows and assist in improving call scripts and communication guidelines.
• First experience in customer contact, call centers, or sales is a plus, but not required. • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident phone manner. • A structured, accurate working style and high reliability, especially in maintaining data. • Enjoy working with clear processes, recurring tasks, and predefined scripts. • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage. • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
