📋 Description

• Drive improvement of KPIs/OKRs: With a meticulous eye for large volumes of data, you will identify the main performance drivers, root causes and hidden opportunities that directly impact the improvement of our strategic metrics. • Optimize the user experience (UX): You will conduct deep analyses of the full user journey (e.g., onboarding, feature adoption, churn points), using data to identify friction and drop-off causes and recommending concrete, data-driven improvements. • Elevate decision-making: You will transform analytical findings into clear, engaging presentations for diverse audiences, ensuring that strategic insights are understood and acted upon by stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Translate and recommend: You will bridge technical data and business strategy, ensuring every analysis results in a clear, prioritized set of actionable recommendations focused on measurable outcomes. • Collaborate and implement: You will partner with operations teams, product owners and senior leadership to ensure your insights and recommendations are successfully implemented and that their impacts are continuously measured. • Live the mission: Inspire and empower others while genuinely caring for yourself and your colleagues. 🎯 Requirements

• Performance-oriented and passionate about using data not just to report what happened, but to drive measurable improvements in business performance, with a constant focus on improving KPIs and OKRs. • Proficiency in English with good to excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Attention to detail: Demonstrates a strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of all analyses and recommendations. • Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of SQL is a plus). • User-journey investigator: Proven experience analyzing, mapping and dissecting end-to-end user journeys and business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. • Collaborative and proactive: Comfortable and effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments, working cross-functionally to implement and track the results of recommendations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives and to create and deliver high-impact presentations for diverse audiences.
