📋 Description

• Follow best and secure coding practices according to guidelines and handbooks, with minimal to no support. • Keep code simple, and proactively manage and raise awareness of technical debts. • Proactively document solutions and lead RFCs and PRDs • Identify code improvement opportunities for simple optimization and reliability, with guidance. • Instrument code for observability and/or auditability. • Know test frameworks and include basic security tests. 🎯 Requirements

• You are a technical professional with a passion for software and product development • You are accountable for your decisions and possess a high level of ownership over the products you are delivering. • You are proactive, innovative, and data-driven, value facts and data when making product decisions. • Expertise with at least one or two programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, Ruby, JavaScript or Golang with a strong preference given to Golang • Experience dealing with event-driven architectures and message brokers such as RabbitMQ, KAFKA, ActiveMQ, etc and in depth understanding of their use cases and pitfalls; • Familiar with concepts such as DDD, SOLID, Design Patterns distributed systems and architecture. Capable of understanding pitfalls and anticipating common failure modes of a microservice environment; • Team player with type “A” attitude • Experienced in implementing prototypes • Strong communication skills: able to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders in English and Portuguese; • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
