🎯 Requirements

• You are an experienced backend engineer skilled in architecting large-scale, multi-tier web applications with high availability and scalability. • You are proficient in one or more programming languages such as Go (Golang), Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Python; in-depth knowledge of Go is a strong plus. • You have extensive experience designing and developing complex, modern web applications. • You have prior experience with cloud-based architectures, specifically AWS and GCP. • You have experience developing RESTful web services and collaborating with front-end teams to create mocks, define payloads, and follow HTTP best practices. • You have experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc.) and an in-depth understanding of their use cases and pitfalls. • You apply computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis. • You have extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB) and a deep understanding of their common use cases and performance considerations. • You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively with diverse teams across multiple countries. • You have advanced English skills and can clearly articulate ideas when presenting to groups in English. • You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or possess equivalent professional experience. • You have experience developing customer-facing products and collaborating closely with product teams to deliver user value.
