📋 Description
• Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns across multiple brands and markets; • Be the go-to for affiliate partners: resolving requests, ensuring smooth launches, and strengthening long-term relationships; • Collaborate across departments - from Product and Finance to Design and CRM - to bring campaigns to life; • Dive deep into performance data, tweak campaigns, and deliver on KPIs; • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to keep us on the cutting edge.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management (preferably in iGaming); • A sharp understanding of digital marketing, traffic acquisition, and affiliate ecosystems; • Strong communication skills - you know how to build trust and keep it; • Data-savvy with the ability to turn numbers into strategies; • Tech-friendly mindset: tracking tools, postbacks, landing pages - you speak the language; • Thrive in cross-functional teams and never shy away from a challenge; • Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
