⢠Configure and develop solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the Core HR and Recruiting modules ⢠Implement and maintain HCM configurations covering enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, positions, hierarchies, and approval relationships ⢠Set up and maintain workflows, notifications, and custom transactions ⢠Customize and optimize the user experience using Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) ⢠Perform data migration and loading using HDL and HSDL ⢠Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extract, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ⢠Implement customizations using Page Composer, Design Studio, and DFF/EFF ⢠Produce and maintain reports and extracts using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle SQL ⢠Configure and deploy Recruiting module functionality, including candidate portal, campaigns, questionnaires, and onboarding integrations ⢠Monitor and integrate Oracle quarterly releases, including configuration updates and regression testing ⢠Document configurations and prepare technical guides ⢠Manage and follow up on Service Requests opened with Oracle ⢠Participate in the Oracle HCM community to anticipate developments and share best practices
đŻ Requirements
⢠Higher education in IT, information systems, or equivalent experience ⢠Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and Recruiting) ⢠Strong skills in HCM configuration and development, including workflows, security, integrations, customizations, reporting, and organizational settings ⢠Familiarity with Oracle Cloud tools and technologies, including HDL/HSDL, REST and SOAP APIs, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Redwood UI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle SQL ⢠Autonomy, rigor, and a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
