📋 Description
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Virtual Tax Professionals • Foster a positive, high-performing virtual work environment • Manage daily operations, including staffing and productivity • Ensure timely and accurate tax return and client deliverables • Champion a client-first culture by resolving client concerns • Provide guidance on complex tax situations and quality review efforts • Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflows
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of tax preparation experience • 2+ years of leadership, coaching, or management experience • Strong understanding of individual income tax preparation and IRS regulations • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead and motivate employees in a virtual environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and digital collaboration tools
