• Serve as the primary administrator and technical point of contact for Salesforce • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, security, best practices, and user adoption across global Sales and Customer Success teams • Drive process improvements in Salesforce and other connected applications • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validations, and page layouts • Design scalable Sales and Customer Success technical workflows based on business requirements • Develop standard operating procedures for regular data audits, record deduplication, and validation processes • Maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights • Implement and manage integrations with key tools • Lead platform enhancements, new feature rollouts, and release testing • Work with end users to troubleshoot any issues related to Salesforce
• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or Consulting, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industries • Salesforce Platform Administrator I certification (201) required • Salesforce Platform Administrator II certification (211) highly preferred • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification highly preferred • Experience with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange tools • Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas (e.g., nested logic, array formulas) • Strong communication skills to support global end-users and stakeholders • Based in India, with flexibility to collaborate across global time zones
