📋 Description

• Analyse and translate regulatory and policy frameworks into clear, enforceable AI rule logic for compliant marketing and communications • Help deploy enterprise-grade LLM solutions for new and existing clients • Streamline review processes so professionals can focus on strategic work • Create and refine customer onboarding resources • Guide new users through onboarding • Monitor evolving regulations and compliance best practices to inform product updates • Conduct targeted legal research to shape AI capabilities and maintain accuracy • Translate client needs into actionable product requirements • Share customer insights to influence product roadmaps and AI model development • Contribute to case studies, white papers, and internal knowledge resources • Track and analyse AI performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• LLB or JD legal degree required • 2–5+ years of experience in legal practice, compliance, or legal process outsourcing (LPO) • Exceptional legal research skills • Ability to codify complex regulations into logical steps • Flawless written and verbal English skills • Collaborative, client-first mindset • Ability to work remotely with reliable, high-speed internet • Quiet workspace • Availability to work US ET hours • Prior experience with LegalTech, AI tools, or SaaS platforms preferred • Experience in marketing approvals, regulatory risk, or global compliance projects preferred • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Linear, Jira, or Trello preferred • Technical curiosity regarding data workflows or how LLMs function preferred • Bar admission is a significant plus
