📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive enablement program strategy for HPE Networking's SASE & Security portfolio. • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product management, and marketing teams to create high-quality enablement content. • Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to internal teams including sales, systems engineers, and channel partners. • Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate product updates. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, relevant industry-based certifications or other certified training is a must. • Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, technical sales or enablement roles, preferably within the networking, software aaS, data center, or telecommunications industry. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, such as: Threat detection & response, Zero Trust, Identity & access management (IAM), Cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP), Data protection & compliance. • Ability to translate technical security concepts into business value messaging. • Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks: NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS controls, ISO 27001. • Strong knowledge of access layer and switching technologies, AI operations, routing protocols, and security considerations.
