📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for VASCADE and VASCADE MVP vascular closure systems with focus on the Electrophysiology (EP) market • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) achievement through targeted initiatives • Collaborate with sales to create tools, programs, and training to drive product adoption in EP labs • Provide clinical and technical support during product evaluations, launches, and key customer engagements • Act as resource for distributor and customer education, presentations, workshops, and congress support • Develop deep understanding of EP lab workflows and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and positioning • Support product lifecycle activities including launches, updates, and obsolescence planning • Work with Global Marketing, R&D, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure regional alignment and feedback integration • Build relationships with KOLs, EP physicians, and lab staff; conduct VOC initiatives, surveys, and focus groups • Monitor and report on product performance, market share, and profitability; prepare monthly performance reports • Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage product availability and resolve supply challenges • Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development, clinical evidence generation, and market access initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or clinical support within the medical device industry • Strong understanding of vascular closure technologies and electrophysiology lab workflows • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive commercial success • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills • Willingness to travel (up to 40%) across EMEA • Preferred: Experience with vascular closure devices or EP-related technologies • Preferred: Clinical background or experience supporting live cases in EP or interventional cardiology • Preferred: Multilingual capabilities and familiarity with regional healthcare systems
