📋 Description

• Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels. • Drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives. • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers. • Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies. • Define KPIs and cadence for reviews; report progress with actionable insights. • Set a clear strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned to country priorities. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including succession planning. • Lead change management for major initiatives and process or system rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers. • Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is an advantage. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams. • Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI-driven operating rhythms. • Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
