📋 Description

• Keyword research and content planning • Writing SEO-optimized texts: create, structure, and edit guides, blog articles, landing pages, and website copy • On-page optimization: optimize meta data, heading structures, snippets, and existing website copy • Internal linking: define and implement linking and cross-linking strategies and verify them via audits • Technical SEO: perform technical audits, check Core Web Vitals, and derive or implement concrete optimizations • Geo and AI search: prepare content so it is visible and citable in AI-generated answers • Monitoring and reporting: monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions in Google Search Console and Google Analytics, report anomalies, and maintain a maintenance plan • Local SEO: create, verify, and keep Google Business Profiles up to date • Adjacent marketing topics: competitor analyses, audience research, content ideas, lead-funnel design, and social media content • Daily digital operations: support editorial, technical, and organizational tasks

🎯 Requirements

• You have basic SEO knowledge and your goal is to to create content that converts. • More experience is a clear advantage but not required • Strong writing skills: clear, structured, and flawless German (at least C2 or native level) • You understand that good content not only informs but guides readers to a decision • You enjoy working with tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics — or are willing to learn them quickly • You are prepared to independently and thoroughly immerse yourself in new subject areas • You work reliably and meticulously and complete tasks thoroughly, even when they are detailed or operational • You are communicative and able to regularly share your progress with the team • Confident user of common Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) • You can commit to contributing at least 10 hours per week on a regular basis
