📋 Description

• Build, adapt, and deploy internal tools and features that support operational teams • Collaborate with business teams to understand pain points and translate them into technical solutions • Implement across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, scripts, dashboards, automations) • Collect business feedback on tools and iterate until workflows stabilize

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or technical consulting • Strong programming skills in modern languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, etc.) • Hands-on experience building prototypes, internal tools, or lightweight integrations • Fluency in German (written and spoken) and strong communication skills in English
