📋 Description

• Work on the front line as a Condominium (HOA) / Property Manager (m/f/d) • Independently take full responsibility for and manage your own property portfolio • Independently manage rental, common and privately owned units using innovative digital solutions • Coordinate the commissioning and supervision of repair works and service contracts independently • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and handovers • Plan and conduct owners' meetings independently • Work closely with the owners' committee and homeowners • Review financial records and conduct property inspections

🎯 Requirements

• Bring a passion for real estate and property management • Be willing to take on new challenges and continuously learn • Possess excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with clients and colleagues • Work in a structured manner and take responsibility • Experience in the real estate industry, preferably as a certified condominium (WEG) manager
