📋 Description

• Responsibility for your own portfolio of 20–30 condominium associations (500+ units) • Accountability for the revenue and financial results of your portfolio • Manage your squad (Accounting & Service) to achieve maximum day-to-day efficiency • Chair owners' meetings with clarity, composure and professional presence • Continuously develop the processes within your area of responsibility — digital, lean and effective

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in WEG (condominium association) management, ideally with larger or more complex communities • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both financially and strategically • Strong communication skills and high customer orientation • Independent, structured working style — you don't need a micromanager
