📋 Description

• Manage assigned corporate accounts and ensure timely collections on outstanding balances • Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices via email and phone • Maintain strong relationships directly with B2B clients to ensure smooth payment processes • Determine write-offs (month end and small amount) • Apply customer payments, adjustments, and credit memos accurately • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and disputes • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Account Executive, Customer Service, and Finance) to resolve AR-related concerns • Make recommendations to Supervisor for collection of past due accounts • Provide clients with invoice copies, statements, and payment confirmations upon request • Maintain accurate customer records, collection notes, and account history in the system • Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports for Account Executive review • Research returned mail and bank correspondence (i.e., short- & over-payments) • Independently manage AR and escalations • Payment Research and Credit validation support when need

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance (corporate/B2B experience is a must) • High school diploma or equivalent required • Highly proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Gaviti is a plus! • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines • Deadline-oriented, organized, good time management, and detail oriented • Effective oral/written communication skills • Problem solving skills are important daily tasks • Flexible, team player and able to partner with all levels of management • Must be able to work CST or EST hours
