📋 Description

• As an Assistant Product Manager intern, you will report to a Product Manager and will quickly be given responsibility for the full range of tasks below: • Innovation creation: research consumer trends, produce the annual Innovation Review, product development (recipe, packaging, pricing, etc.), kiosk testing (taste & packaging), and creation of launch plans. • Management of the existing range: master the 4 Ps (product, price, packaging, place/merchandising) for the current range. Create and implement assortment recommendations by retailer and by country. Launch product renovations when needed. • Performance tracking: monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the existing range and innovations. Develop associated action plans when necessary. • Communication & trade marketing follow-up: co-lead the creation of POS materials for kiosks and participate in the development of communication/digital activation plans. • Creation of digital calendars in connection with product innovations. • Lead market monitoring to inform product strategy: market analyses, competitive benchmarking, and development of recommendations. • Work closely with all group functions (Quality, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, etc.) and with teams in France, Benelux and globally (UK, US, Spain, Italy, ...).

🎯 Requirements

• You are looking for real responsibility within a company that has retained a human, close-knit feel. • Naturally rigorous, you are known for your curiosity and eagerness to learn. • You are comfortable with numbers and have strong analytical skills. • You have a good command of English (written and spoken). • You are a big fan of sushi and Asian cuisine. • Previous experience as a project manager in a large company would be an advantage. • Experience in retail or foodservice is a plus.
