📋 Description
• Assist in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing B2B contracts • Draft, negotiate, and finalize supplier and service provider contracts • Manage and monitor corporate matters • Implement and monitor the Compliance program • Monitor the group's brand/trademark portfolio
🎯 Requirements
• Currently in the final year of a Master's degree (M2) in Business Law • Organized, proactive, dynamic, and versatile • Strong sense of priorities and intellectual curiosity • Excellent drafting skills • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information • Propose business-oriented solutions to operational teams • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
