Hancock focuses on reducing claims cycle times, controlling costs with flat-fee inspection pricing, and providing extensive data and reporting to improve insurers’ decision-making and operational efficiency.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop field operations personnel within your assigned region. • Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Resolve customer concerns and operational escalations. • Partner with internal departments to ensure inspections are completed on time and meet client expectations. • Recruit and expand subcontractor resources to support territory growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and clients. • Identify and develop new business opportunities. • Conduct regular meetings with field leadership to improve service quality. • Develop territory business plans and growth strategies. • Represent Hancock at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in property claims, or a related industry. • 2+ years of leadership or management experience. • Strong customer relationship management and business development skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. • HAAG Certification (preferred). • Rope & Harness Certification (preferred). • Experience working with independent contractors and field inspection teams.
