📋 Description
• Build lightweight features and prototypes across web and mobile to validate ideas quickly. • Translate winning experiments into production-ready features, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance. • Integrate with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) to support RevOps workflows, lead management, and onboarding experiments. • Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams to align on requirements and ensure that our solutions deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with exposure to growth engineering or experimentation. • Proficiency in Typescript, Node and React Native. • Experience working with Python, SQL, and cloud-based architectures. • Strong product mindset, with an ability to connect technical work to business outcomes. • Curiosity and interest in growth engineering: running experiments, building tools, and measuring results. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a bias toward rapid iteration.
