📋 Description
• Join our fully remote team as a part-time therapist, earning guaranteed minimum compensation and a competitive hourly rate • Benefit from paid supervisor consultation time, paid admin time, malpractice insurance coverage, CEU coverage, paid sick time • The role requires availability to manage a caseload of at least 15 clients per week • You’ll have the flexibility to pursue other professional opportunities, as Handspring does not have exclusivity requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed mental health professionals with at least 3 years post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy • Active unrestricted license in Pennsylvania • Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) • Ability to work independently with a strong interest in collaboration and learning • Clinical experience working with young people and their families • Knowledge of and/or some training in evidence based mental health treatments • Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration tools • Must not have opted out of Medicare and must be willing to be cross-licensed in additional states
