📋 Description
• Provide customer support and virtual assistance • Process refunds, exchanges, and replacement orders • Troubleshoot product/order issues • Manage MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) orders • Monitor Shipcube (on-hold/exception orders) • Process WROs and B2B orders • File claims through Amazon and ShipBob • Manage PayPal and Shopify disputes • Coordinate TikTok fulfillment • Respond to inquiries about TV segments • Assist with product descriptions and sourcing • Help with internal admin tasks and inventory management • Social media support and abandoned cart recovery may be future tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Proactive and detail-oriented • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon • Basic familiarity with 3PL coordination
