📋 Description

• Sitting with product and client stakeholders to understand the real problem • Owning features end to end from early scoping through to getting them live • Using AI coding agents to enhance productivity • Building and integrating LLMs into features • Working against a defined data model and flagging early discrepancies • Feeding learnings back to product and client teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product instinct • 5+ years of experience in software engineering • Proficient in TypeScript and Angular • Experience with Java and Python (optional) • Familiarity with Google Firebase • Experience with real-time data handling • Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders • Comfort with AI and coding tools • End-to-end ownership of features • Clear communication skills
