HÄNG Outdoors is a German-founded outdoor gear company that designs and sells lightweight camping and travel equipment — notably an ultralight parachute-silk hammock (HÄNG), synthetic-down camping quilts (DÄCKE), roll-top backpacks (BÄG), tarps (SHÄLTER) and related accessories — directly to consumers via a Shopify e‑commerce store. Founded in 2014, the remote-first team emphasizes sustainability and social impact (upcycling, planting two trees per product, donations) and targets everyday adventurers, campers and travelers with compact, durable and travel-friendly outdoor products.

📋 Description

• You identify suitable creators and influencers for HÄNG (outdoor, lifestyle, travel, micro to mid-tier). • You reach out to them—personally, not with templated mass messages. • You persuade them to partner with us and manage the deal through to signature. • You keep track of all ongoing collaborations: deadlines, content deliveries, approvals. • You follow up—friendly but persistent. • You are the primary point of contact for everything creators need: product questions, briefs, goodwill decisions. • You maintain our creator database and keep all documentation up to date.

🎯 Requirements

• You can excite people about things they don’t yet know—both in writing and in person. • You are organized enough to coordinate 20+ collaborations at once without losing track. • Kindness, patience and a genuine interest in people are mandatory—not optional. • You have a good sense of which creator fits a brand and which doesn’t. • Experience with influencer collaborations, creator outreach or social media is a plus—but willingness to learn is enough for us.
