📋 Description

• Programming and commissioning of PLC controls using Siemens TIA Portal • Commissioning and optimization of production lines and machines • Performing functional, safety and acceptance tests • Diagnosing and troubleshooting PLCs, drives and automation systems • Production support and optimization of existing systems • Configuration and parameterization of servo drives and frequency converters (e.g., SINAMICS S120/G120) • Integration and interfacing with higher-level host systems, MES and third-party systems • Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation • Collaboration with project teams, customers and other departments during commissioning

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in PLC programming or commissioning • Very good knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal • Experience with PLC programming or PLC commissioning • Skills in troubleshooting and fault analysis • Good written and spoken English • Willingness to undertake national and international project assignments • Experience in the automotive sector, particularly battery or e-mobility production lines (desirable) • Knowledge of WinCC (desirable) • Experience with SINAMICS S120 and G120 (desirable) • Knowledge of Profinet, EtherCAT and safety programming (desirable) • Experience with highly automated production lines (desirable) • Knowledge of MES/host system integration (desirable) • Experience with vision, laser or screwdriving systems (desirable) • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working (desirable)
