📋 Description

• Develop, operate, and/or support solutions at customer sites. • Write and optimize business logic for solutions using various technologies and programming techniques. • Implement and reuse UI components to create simple, intuitive interfaces that enable complex interactions between people, machines, and materials in manufacturing. • Build and manage infrastructure for monitoring and maintaining applications deployed in demanding factory environments. • Develop and maintain integrations with legacy third-party software and factory hardware (including machine controllers and sensors). • Communicate with project managers — and occasionally directly with customers — to understand requirements and translate them into code.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a developer, ideally working on full‑stack applications and contributing to open-source projects. • You are familiar with TypeScript, React, ExpressJS, NodeJS, functional programming, and end-to-end testing. • Knowledge of industrial protocols or experience in industrial IoT is a plus. • You are pragmatic, enjoy challenges, and have a hands-on, can-do attitude. • You have excellent analytical skills, are hard-working, pay great attention to detail, and can consistently deliver results under pressure. • You value close collaboration with the founding team. • You speak and write fluent German and English.
