📋 Description

• Lead partner marketing programs across announcements, product launches, enablement, case studies, collateral, events, and partner communications • Create and maintain partner-facing materials including one-pagers, presentations, sales resources, training content, case studies, and 3PL collateral • Manage end-to-end case study development, including interviews, drafting, approvals, and promotion • Plan and support partner events and experiences including industry events, partner dinners, hub tours, customer visits, and retailer meetings • Support partner and retailer conversations through presentations, enablement materials, tours, and customer-facing content that communicate the value of Happy Returns • Build and manage partner training and enablement programs, including educational resources, scripts, and ongoing content updates • Lead ongoing improvements to the partner website and ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and up to date • Identify creative opportunities and channels to communicate partner updates, insights, and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of non-internship marketing experience • Comfortable presenting information and facilitating conversations with partners, retailers, and external audiences in both virtual and in-person settings • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills • Experience creating marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, partner-facing resources, presentations, or web content • Experience managing cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution • Ability to translate complex products, features, and initiatives into clear, compelling, easy-to-understand content • Familiarity with e-commerce, logistics, retail, SaaS, and/or supply chain • Proficiency with ChatGPT, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including partner meetings, events, retailer visits, hub tours, and conferences
