📋 Description

• Design and evolve scalable, software architectures using system thinking principles • Understand business needs into technical solutions emphasizing speed and simplicity • Own features end-to-end — from ideation and design to deployment, ongoing maintenance, documentation and sharing • Build clean, efficient, high-quality solutions and set the bar for engineering best practices • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring systems • Debug complex issues across the stack and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks • Integrate and leverage AI frameworks to accelerate development and enhance product functionality • Implement monitoring, alerting, and reliability strategies for mission-critical systems • Collaborate with product, design, and business partners to deliver impactful solutions • Mentor teammates, perform code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing • Create clear technical documentation for systems, APIs, and operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering • 5+ years building scalable web and backend applications • 3+ years of proficiency in either Typescript/NodeJS, Python, or both • 3+ years of experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms • Proficient in SQL, and data access patterns like ORM • Strong expertise in engineering practices, including CI/CD, observability, and cloud platforms • Proven track record of rapidly delivering greenfield projects from concept to deployment • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience • Experience building AI powered applications is a plus • Experience with NestJS or Svelte a plus • Exposure to the healthcare technology domain • At least 2 years of experience within the healthcare technology domain
