📋 Description

• Build the legal function in Australia from the ground up • Act as the primary legal advisor for the Australian and broader APAC region • Advise leadership on privacy, data security, and new market entry • Lead complex SaaS, software, and partnership negotiations with major health providers from start to finish • Create and refine legal templates, processes, and legal culture for future scale • Find commercially practical ways to manage risk and enable growth

🎯 Requirements

• Australian-qualified lawyer • Current practising certificate • Strong background in corporate and commercial law from a law firm or in-house team • Commercial mindset focused on achieving business goals • Self-starter able to work autonomously as the sole legal expert for a fast-growing region • Experience in technology, especially SaaS, or healthcare is a plus
