📋 Description

• Manage and develop an existing customer base in the education sector • Advise customers on software, cloud, and digitalization solutions • Coordinate technical topics in collaboration with specialist teams • Identify and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities among existing customers • Work closely with Professional Services, Support, and Inside Sales • Represent AixConcept at customer meetings, events, trade fairs, and industry forums • Maintain customer data and support analyses and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing role • Interest in IT topics related to software, cloud solutions, and digital infrastructure • Enjoy understanding technical concepts and learning about new topics • Enjoy building long-term customer relationships and engaging with people • Excellent communication skills, along with a structured and independent working style • An interest in the education sector and in working with schools, school authorities, and public-sector clients is an advantage • Very good German language skills
