📋 Description

• Design, construct, test and debug technical solutions in compliance with defined engineering standards • Provide estimates of efforts required to implement assigned tasks and complete them according to schedules defined by technical management • Identify system and engineering process deficiencies and recommend solutions and process improvements • Take full responsibility for implementing project parts, including work on new projects • Resolve high-complexity development issues • Assist in enforcing development deadlines and schedules • Facilitate development task prioritization for junior staff • Support the effectiveness and implementation of the MEDHOST Quality Management System and meet applicable regulatory requirements • Perform applicable QMS procedures listed in the QMS Procedure Crosswalk in the QMS Manual • Perform other duties required to support organizational needs

🎯 Requirements

• 8-9 years of commercial product development experience • Understanding of SDLC models • Advanced OOP • RDBMS concepts • Knowledge of architectural and design patterns • Knowledge of core design concepts • Unit testing knowledge • Configuration management best practices • Proficiency in more than one of: RPG & CL; DB2 SQL; SQL Procedure and User Defined Functions; SOLID principles of objected-oriented programming and design; comprehension of unit, system, integration and performance testing • Knowledge of cross platform development recommended • Experience with agile software development methods in a geographically distributed environment • Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) • Working Independently • Critical Thinking
