📋 Description

• Work as a key member of the R&D team to analyze and program changes in the core client-server product suite • Utilize programming skills to ensure delivered code meets high standards of quality and reusability • Follow functional and technical specifications to ensure delivered code meets specifications • Actively participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months of experience orchestrating AI agents in a AI SDLC • 1+ years of experience with object-oriented programming using C# and TypeScript/JavaScript • 1+ years of experience with SQL Server or similar RDBMS, including developing queries, stored procedures, and triggers • Demonstrated proficiency using AI coding agents to analyze requirements, design solutions, generate code and tests, troubleshoot defects, and document changes • Ability to orchestrate AI agents through clear instructions, relevant context, effective task decomposition, iterative feedback, and corrective redirection • Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering production-quality software using modern programming languages, frameworks, development tools, source control, testing, security, and maintainable coding practices • Ability to independently review and validate AI-generated code, tests, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, security, performance, maintainability, regression risk, and alignment with requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating business needs into clear technical objectives and implementation plans • Willingness and ability to continuously learn new AI models, agentic tools, development workflows, and software engineering practices • Effective communication and collaboration skills, including explaining technical decisions and maintaining accountability for all AI-generated deliverables • Experience with ASP.NET MVC • Experience with NHibernate, Entity Framework, or another ORM • Knowledge of Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5, responsive web design, and JSON • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) • Experience with Infragistics and Atalasoft controls • Experience with cloud development • Self-starter and fast learner • Strong work ethic and ability to require minimal supervision • Excellent communication skills • Technology enthusiast
