📋 Description

• Collaborate with various teams across the Harrods business • Maintain/Triage incidents/requests and complex problems in Harrods ITSM tool • Improve, build, and support deployment pipelines across all environments • Coordinate with Test Manager for planned releases • Support agile process by breaking down user stories into manageable tasks • Learn about new tools and processes, share knowledge and encourage others

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Serverless, Containerization, Low code and automation) • Experience in writing and deploying Infrastructure-as-code configurations • Experience or Knowledge of using Azure Cloud • Knowledge of using Azure DevOps or Jira • Knowledge or Experience of ITIL (managing Incidents, Change & requests) • Knowledge or Experience of IAC (Terraform / Pulumi) • Experience with Core Infrastructure and Networking using Cloud or On-Prem Servers
