📋 Description

• Maintain/Triage incidents/requests and complex problems in Harrods ITSM tool and work Queue • Improve, build, and support the deployment pipelines across all environments • Coordinate with the Test Manager to ensure releases are planned and deployed on schedule • Support the agile process by breaking down user stories into manageable tasks • Learn about new tools and processes, keeping up-to-date with technological advances

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Serverless, Containerization, Low code and automation) • Experience in writing and deploying Infrastructure-as-code configurations • Experience or Knowledge of using Azure Cloud • Knowledge of using Azure DevOps or Jira • Knowledge or Experience of ITIL (managing Incidents, Change & requests) • Knowledge or Experience of IAC (Terraform / Pulumi) • Experience with Core Infrastructure and Networking using Cloud or On-Prem Servers
