📋 Description

• Design and build production systems end-to-end across frontend applications, backend services, APIs • Develop new vertical product capabilities including document ingestion and workflow orchestration • Build and operate data-intensive systems including ETL pipelines and analytical data models • Work across modern technical stack including Python, TypeScript, SQL, cloud infrastructure • Define service boundaries and system architecture for new product areas • Ship features quickly and harden them for scale • Partner directly with customers to understand workflows and iterate on technical designs • Build monitoring and feedback systems to measure product quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and operating production software • Strong engineering fundamentals across backend systems, APIs, data modeling • Experience building full-stack products • Experience working with data pipelines, analytical systems, or document-heavy workflows • Experience building AI-powered or workflow-driven applications • Comfort working across a broad technical surface area • Ability to debug and improve complex production systems • Strong product sense and ability to translate ambiguous business or user needs into technical designs • Clear communication and teamwork skills
