📋 Description
• Be the primary client contact in Canberra throughout project delivery. • Lead the project through construction and contract administration. • Coordinate consultants and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes. • Resolve technical and site-related challenges with confidence. • Work closely with our Sydney team to ensure consistent communication, quality and delivery. • Help deliver a high-quality education project that will have a lasting impact on the community.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex architectural projects through construction. • Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills. • Excellent technical knowledge and coordination experience. • Confidence leading project delivery and making informed decisions on site. • Experience using Revit and delivering high-quality documentation. • Registration as an Architect in Australia (or eligibility to become registered). • Experience on education or public sector projects is desirable but not essential.
