📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features end-to-end. • Partner closely with product and design as a true thought partner. • Own your work end-to-end and deliver results on time. • Apply industry-standard engineering practices. • Set the technical direction and quality bar for the team. • Proactively identify and resolve critical technical issues. • Mentor and guide junior engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript. • Solid backend experience in one or more of Elixir, Go, Python, or a comparable server-side language. • Comfort working across the stack and owning features end-to-end. • Sense of ownership and bias for action. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. • Eager to keep up with the evolving landscape of AI capabilities. • Several years of experience shipping production software, leading projects from spec to launch.
