📋 Description
• Own Haus’s internal analytics efforts from go to market success, product usage and KPIs, and analytics engineering. • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer to deliver pipeline, conversion, and ROI analytics; build forecasting for new business and retention, attribution, CAC/payback reporting. • Drive analysis of feature adoption, engagement, and retention indicators; enable experimentation and A/B testing frameworks. • Own data warehouse and metric layer using Fivetran for pipelines, dbt for transformations, BI tooling (Looker, Mode, Hex, Tableau).
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in analytics/data roles; 3+ years in leadership. • Hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, warehouse architecture. • Proven experience with Fivetran (or similar ETL/ELT). • Proficiency in modern BI tools. • B2B SaaS or enterprise AI background. • Experience with AI/ML in GTM and product analytics. • Excellent communicator; startup mindset.
