âą Execute B2B demand and lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, outbound sequences, and selected channels âą Support and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting) to drive qualified leads âą Contribute to PR and content initiatives that position the company in the market âą Support event activities (research, coordination, pre/post-event outreach) to drive meetings and pipeline âą Collaborate closely with Sales on outbound campaigns and target account outreach âą Manage content calendar and publish content across LinkedIn and relevant platforms âą Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused B2B copy (posts, emails, ads, campaign assets) âą Execute outreach and nurture campaigns to generate discovery calls and meetings âą Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring proper tracking of leads and campaigns âą Collaborate with product and leadership to turn insights into marketing content âą Support development of sales materials (presentations, messaging, basic positioning)
âą 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, MarTech, e-commerce, or consumer tech âą Experience executing demand generation and lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, outbound, basic paid channels) âą Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management (especially LinkedIn) âą Strong copywriting skills â ability to write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused B2B content (posts, emails, ads) âą Basic experience with paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads or similar) and willingness to optimize them âą Experience supporting or participating in events and webinars (end-to-end ownership is a plus, but not required) âą Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing leads and tracking campaigns âą Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams âą Strong communication skills and ability to translate product features into clear marketing messaging âą Proactive mindset and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
