📋 Description
• Lead the end-to-end deployment of customized workforce solutions • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders • Set clear expectations and maintain consistent communication • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years working in MSP or workforce solutions • Familiarity with VMS/ATS platforms • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies • Strong ownership mindset; proactive and self-driven • Analytical approach to problem-solving • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively • Experienced in managing and interpreting data sets • Proficient with MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
