• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and schedules • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities • Manage bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages • Build personalized itineraries to create seamless travel experiences • Provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after trips
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Previous customer service or travel industry experience is a plus (not required)
