📋 Description

• Support enhancement and maintenance tasks for Oracle HCM products. • Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot using Oracle tools and scripts while following established standards. • Collaborate closely with other developers, analysts, and the HCM Technology Manager. • Provide timely and reliable production support, handling technical issues across Oracle HCM modules. • Continuously improve coding standards and team processes through shared lessons and best practices. • Contribute to Agile sprint planning and delivery using Scrum methodology.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with: • Oracle BIP and OTBI reports • Oracle Integration Cloud • Data loaders (HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts) • Fast Formulas, Flexfields, Autocomplete Rules • Page Composer, Application Composer, Visual Builder, Sandbox • Groovy scripting • Working knowledge of: • Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Talent/Performance, Learning, HR Helpdesk, Compensation, Benefits • Agile and Scrum frameworks • JIRA for task tracking and collaboration
