📋 Description
• Provide Christian-based counseling services via secure telehealth platforms • Integrate biblical principles and faith-based guidance with counseling support • Provide age-appropriate counseling for teens, young adults, and adults • Maintain timely, accurate session documentation • Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies • Collaborate with leadership and clinical support teams as needed • Refer clients appropriately when needs exceed scope of practice
🎯 Requirements
• Experience or comfort working with teens and/or young adults preferred • Ability to integrate Christian faith principles into therapy when clinically appropriate • Telehealth experience preferred • Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice • Strong alignment with Christian faith and values • Comfort integrating faith into counseling ethically and professionally • Ability to work with teens, young adults, and/or adults (based on training) • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Reliable internet connection and private workspace
