• Help people discover their personal strengths • Assist members in constructing attainable goals • Offer support and encouragement • Track successes and setbacks • Collaborate with clinical team • Maintain accurate and timely documentation • Collect information on risk • Attend and respond to multiple tasks
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of two years of coaching experience • Board Certified as ICF-ACC, ICF-PCC, ICF-MCC, and/or NBC-HWC coach • A minimum of two years relevant experience in the mental health industry • Knowledge of coaching techniques • Ability to deliver video and text-based care • Fluency in Google Suite, Zoom • Private, appropriately lit business environment to conduct video coaching sessions • Required Bilingual Proficiency (French and English)
