📋 Description

• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue quotas for HeadSpin products and services driven through partner channels. • Develop and manage a robust joint sales opportunity funnel with partners, transforming potential leads into concrete, co-sold deals. • Establish and maintain detailed joint account plans focused on maximizing sales growth and HeadSpin solution adoption within the partner's offerings. • Provide expertise and consultation to the partner on all HeadSpin products, services, promotions, and configurations. • Own the end-to-end relationship with assigned partners, coordinating all joint activities across sales, marketing, business planning, executive briefings, and client engagements. • Drive deep integration of HeadSpin's products and offerings to make them a fundamental component of the partner's business solutions. • Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with partner executives and key stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development role. • Proven track record of success working with and driving revenue through Global System Integrators (GSIs), Strategic Resellers, or Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). • Thorough and current understanding of the IT/Software industry, including key competitive vendors, channel dynamics, and evolving business models (e.g., SaaS, subscription-based services). • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic relationship-building skills with decision-makers at all levels within a partner organization.
