📋 Description

• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, FAQs, API documentation, SOPs, and release notes • Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and effectiveness • Ensure content adheres to company guidelines, including branding and style guide standards • Collaborate with SMEs to produce detailed but comprehensible technical specifications for client use as well as internal documentation • Translate complex technical concepts into easy to understand language and images • Work in cooperative cross-department communication alongside Lead Technical Writer to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or similar field • 3 - 4 years of experience in technical writing or procedural writing • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation • Familiarity with use of CMS and version control programs, preferably Git • Familiarity with use of Atlassian tools for project management • Familiarity with word processing tools, including GSuite, Word, and Adobe • Basic understanding of cURL, Markdown, and Python • Basic understanding of RESTful API standards, including JSON output • Ability to work multiple projects and prioritize appropriately in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail, with particular attention paid to proofreading skills and ability to catch and correct obscure text in technical writing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with B2B SaaS industry standards and expectations • Experience with Agile workflows a plus
