📋 Description

• Build, ship, and iterate AI-powered workflows; cut manual effort and surface reliable insights. • Own and evolve core revenue workflows across provider and health systems GTM teams. • Lead major Rev Ops initiatives from problem definition to implementation. • Design from the front line by shadowing reps and partner cross-functionally. • Lead with data using quantitative analysis to evaluate and recommend improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles within high-growth, operationally complex environments. • AI fluent: you can build, ship, and iterate revenue workflows using AI tools. • Comfortable with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration. • Understand APIs and data movement between tools. • Strong track record of leading large, cross-functional projects. • Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and create alignment. • Thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and energized by building new capabilities.
